1/ How many students per class?
We conduct small classes in either one-on-three (1:3) or one-on-one (1:1)
2/ Any discounts for groups of 2?
If both students apply together and attend the same classes together, both students will be eligible for a 10% discount.
3/ If I am a student with no prior experience and knowledge about lashes extensions, which class is suitable for me?
As long as you have an interest in becoming a lashes stylist, all courses except for F03 (Advanced Volume Lashes Course) are suitable for students with no prior experience or knowledge in lashes extensions.
4/ Are there any guarantees that I will pass the Lashes Certificate / License Courses?
For World Lash Certification Course, it is free of charge to re-take the exam to pass
For NEA Professional License Course we provide 2 levels of courses:
- Level 3 Professional License Course
- Level 2 Professional License Course
For Level 3 Professional License Course, it is free of charge to re-take the exam to pass, but for Level 2 Professional License Course, there will be a fee for re-taking the exam.
5/ What are the differences between World Lash and Miss Eye D'or Certificate Courses?
The content of the course is largely similar, the key differences are both brands will be using their own products for the course, and we will also introduce their own products respectively. Therefore the equipment and lashes materials provided in starter-kit included in the course would also be either from World Lash or Miss Eye Dor according to the Course enrollment.

6/ What are the differences between the various courses?
Our Own Academy Course (Fabulash Course)
For people with basic knowledge or beginners: To understand the lashes extension industry and to gain lashes extension technique, through the course, you could experience the day-to-day life as a Lashes Extension Stylist and decide if one is suitable to becoming a stylist in the field.
World lash / Miss Eye D'or - Japanese Certificate Course
The entry level for becoming a professional, although this is not a certificate provided by the various Lashes Associations in Japan. Both World Lash and Miss Eye D'or are top lashes brands in Japan that have their own lashes products and equipment line, and can provide their own branded certificate from their headquarter in Japan, and is highly regarded as a credible training and professional certification.
Nippon Eyelash-Extension Association (NEA) - Professional Japanese Eyelash Stylist License Course
Professional eyelash extension stylist level. This is regarded as achieving Japan Professional standard for a Lashes Stylist, and is the one of the most highly regarded standards in the industry.
7/ For Japanese Standard, How should I chose between World Lash, Miss Eye D'or or NEA?
The key differences between the two types are:
Certificate Course vs License Course
World lash / Miss eye d'or are Japanese Certificate Courses, students completing and passing the exam would obtain a Lashes Certificate from the respective brands.
NEA Courses are professional Japanese eyelash extension License Course. It is not just a certificate, but also a professional standard that is recognised as a licensed individual in Japan. (Similar to a driver's license). NEA profession has 3 levels: Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1. This license is required in Japan and highly regarded by the industry, you must pass the exam before having the official title as NEA Professional Level [3, 2, or 1] Eyelash Extension Stylist.
