NEA is a professional eyelash extension association from Japan that values safety, hygiene and professionalism, that strives to train and develop professional eyelash extension stylist in their technique and skills about the eyelash extension industry. In particular the safety and technical knowledge in order to provide professional service to their customers. Through examination, discussion groups and seminars to improve the eyelash extension technique.

NEA has established the highest level of eyelash education, and is the most credible, trustworthy and reassuring qualification for eyelash extension in the Japanese industry. Eyelash extension professional test from beginner level 3, 2, 1 to qualified instructor.

3級：

具備日式基本植睫概念與技術的門檻考試，檢視睫毛是否能準確且安全植上。按此看 ：3級考核

2級：

著重於技術面的實質技巧，確定是否具備完善植睫技巧，與材料相關知識。2年經驗以上美睫師可申請豁免三級考試直接跳級二級考試 。

按此看 ：2級考核

1級：

在沙龍中擁有一流技術，除了具備準確性與周到的植睫技術，更不允許發生小錯誤。力道及速度都是評鑑重點，技法純熟之餘，相關知識都必須更加深入。按此看 ：1級考核

合格講師：

擁有美睫專業知識、技術並願意貢獻己力於教育、業界當中。適性度、企劃能力、寫作能力考驗著是否具備人員培訓、教育講師等全方面的發展性。合格講師可以教授NEA試前班，為學生於認證校舉辦的考試中監考。

認證校：

擁有2位以上合格講師及完善考場設施的學院可以申請成為認證校，可以舉辦獨立NEA考試及為合格考生申請NEA証書。
