About your order

Terms and conditions for online shopping

After submitting your order online, our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the ordered items and provide you with a bank transfer account number and invoice.

All orders need to be paid within 3 days once our customer service team confirm the order with you, otherwise the order will be cancelled without further notice.

* For bank transfer or online payment, please keep the transfer record and/or the transfer screen, and please reply and cap screen to complete the payment process.

* Please only pay when you have received confirmation from our customer service team.

All currently available products will be shipped out after the payment, and you should receive the lashes product within 2 to 7 working days.

All currently unavailable items will require approximately 14 business days for shipments.

* All retail prices are subject to changes to adjust for the foreign exchange (JPY - yen) movements

Delivery method

SF Express (payment by the recipient)／Collect item at our Grand Plaza show room in Mong kok.

* Residential address may require additional delivery charges by the service provider

Terms and condition

1.　Our product shipment are to Hong Kong and Macau only 

2.　All orders need to be paid within 3 days once our customer service team confirm the order with you, otherwise the order will be cancelled without further notice.

3.　Delivery time may be impacted by the amount of items ordered. If there are no special circumstances, the items should typically arrive within 2-7 working days. The estimated delivery time should be considered as a reference. Japan Lash Concept Limited cannot guarantee the delivery time. If the delivery was not taken by the customer from the courier, it maybe subject to the terms and conditions of the courier. Japan Lash Concept Limited will not take responsibility from losses arising from the courier services including if the delivery is not picked up within the required time frame from the courier. 

4.　Japan Lash Concept Limited is responsible for the quality and the correct quantity before the delivery. The recipient should open the delivery to inspect and check the items and confirm there is no damage in the delivery packaging. If there are any damaged items, missing items or there are concerns with the product condition, please contact the delivery person and/or contact Japan Lash Concept Limited。The recipients have a responsibility to confirm the products to confirm their order. The recipient will be the owner of the product and have a responsibility to pay the delivery fees. All items are non-refundable. 

5.　Customers should always read the instructions menu, follow the suggested storage method and to use the product as suggested by the manufacturer. Japan Lash Concept Limited will not be liable for any mis-usage of the products

6.　Japan Lash Concept Limited have the right to amend the terms and conditions, including but not limited to: Delivery method; payment method; purchase method. Every purchases are subject to the latest version of the T&Cs.
